This is a common scam that churches have to deal with these days. We've seen this with scammers using Pastor Denise's name, and then Rev. Hans Sacrison's name. Please be aware that no one representing the church will at any time ever ask you to purchase gift cards or other pre-paid debit cards for them. If you get a text, email, or Facebook message like this you can ignore (or report) these scammers, let someone in the office know, and warn others.Bishop Dee Pederson’s name has been used in a recent spam/scam email. Bp. Dee DID NOT send an email asking for gift cards, scheduling, money or help. If you have received an email appearing to be from Bp.
