Youth gr. 7-12 Invited
Youth in grade 7th thru 12th are invited to attend the Mini Mission Trip to Churches United of the Fargo-Moorhead area on Wednesday, July 29th. Students will serve in a variety of areas on this one day trip helping with making a meal, serving a meal, clean up following a meal, stocking food pantry shelves, unloading items, boxing items, sorting items for shelves, and a variety of projects.
Churches United of Moorhead, MN was founded in 1987 by 11 local faith groups originating and expanded to include more than 100 supporting faith communities. Their mission is to provide safe shelter, stable housing, nutritious food, and a path toward healing for those experiencing homelessness and food insecurity. A Path Toward Healing offers essential parent and family services to provide resources and referrals offering a hand up, rather than just a hand-out.
